Birthday Girl

E turned 3 recently, so we celebrated yesterday with a party. 

Nana C gave E  the brightest parrot costume you have ever seen (while  I muttered about having just vaccuumed the floor…)

Aunty Sally made E some purple cupcakes just for her (and delicious carrot ones for everyone else)

And Nana C made a ducky cake, which unfortunately melted a bit during the car ride…

On her actual birthday, we took E to Auckland Zoo for a special treat.  Feeding the giraffe was a highlight
